LearnWise Pro ("LearnWise", "we", "our", "us") is a product of SmartFaith Innovation. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password, which we create when you start your free trial.
  • Subscription information: your Stripe customer ID and subscription status (for example, trialing, active, or cancelled). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Security information: login attempts, including the time, IP address, browser type, and email entered, so we can protect accounts from unauthorised access.
  • Technical information: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

2. Your Study Data Stays on Your Device

Profiles you create inside the app (including Admin / Parent, Professional, and Student / Child profiles), exam files you load, answers, scores, and exam history are stored in your own web browser on your device. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.

This means we cannot see your study data, and we cannot recover it for you. If you clear your browser data, switch browsers, or change devices, that data will not follow you. Use Export Profiles ZIP in the app to keep a backup.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create your account and let you log in
  • To manage your free trial and subscription
  • To send account emails, such as your login details
  • To respond to support requests
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Service Providers

We share only the information needed to run LearnWise with these providers:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
  • Brevo — sending account emails (Brevo Privacy Policy)
  • Hostinger — website hosting and database storage
  • Google Fonts — the fonts on our pages are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address when the page loads

5. Cookies and Browser Storage

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. The app also uses your browser's local storage to save your profiles and study data on your device, as described in section 2. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. How Long We Keep Information

  • Account and subscription records: while your account is open, and for up to 5 years after it closes for accounting and legal purposes
  • Login and security records: up to 12 months
  • Support emails: up to 24 months

7. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Delete your account and personal information (except records we must keep by law)

To make a request, email us from the address on your account.

8. Children

LearnWise accounts must be opened by an adult (18 or older). Parents may create Student / Child profiles inside the app; these profiles are stored only on the parent's device and are not sent to our servers. If you believe a child has given us personal information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, login rate limiting, and restricted access to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
